HOW MANY FOLDS DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A BOOK?

How many folds does it take to make a book? is an invitation to discover how to create a pop-up book from a single sheet of paper, a few folds and plenty of imagination.

The first kit from the reVOAr initiative is designed for experimenting, inventing and playing. It comes with four templates so you can create your own pop-up book, as well as a small stitched booklet with coloured pages, ready to be filled with your ideas. It also includes scraps of fabric and assorted words — fragments that can illustrate pages, suggest new directions or inspire fresh narratives.

Now it’s up to you: stick, cut out, paint, stamp and tell a story — a memory, a discovery, a game. Fold, unfold, cut out and discover how many books can be created by your own hands.

Each kit is unique, handmade with care.
