The visual identity of Biblioteca Amarela, a bookstore and reading promotion project carried out between 2017 and 2022 in Serra do Rio, was born from the desire to create a home inhabited by books, affection, and a lot of imagination. From the beginning, the project was designed as a living structure: a house with little feet, ready to walk, meet, and welcome.
From the main logo, a broad and flexible visual system unfolded, designed to accompany the universe of the Yellow Library in its multiple forms of existence. Stickers, fabric prints, tags, eco-bags, temporary tattoos, packaging, and small printed materials were developed, in addition to templates for use on social media.
The project was developed in close dialogue with Anna Luiza Guimarães, creator of the Yellow Library, in a process of listening, exchange, and joint construction. An identity that has established itself as a delicate, multifaceted dwelling, open to new encounters.
